Dan co-founded a company in the late 90's with his closest friend from high school. Over 8 years he grew the company to almost 300 people with offices in a bunch of neat cities, like Montreal, New York, London, Las Vegas, Tel Aviv, and Seattle, while profitably growing revenue to $75,000,000+ annually (read: Dan knows his stuff.) His favorite part was creating an incredible company culture where people actually wanted to work (he received oodles of awards for this). Many of the people who worked together are still great friends and one pair even got married. He is excited to create yet another great place to work here at GlobalMojo, and in doing so, help grow a company that will help support all the remarkable causes our users support.
Brad Crisp rode the high highs of the “.com” boom and like many others, crashed and burned when that ride came to a screeching halt. However, he thoroughly enjoyed the experience and learned a ton along the way. With 12+ years in product development at various Bay Area technology companies and VC firms, Brad is a seasoned technology professional.
Always wanting to work for a company that made a positive impact on the world; Brad took the matters into his own hands and founded GlobalMojo in 2008. He is looking forward to growing GlobalMojo, along with his coworkers, into a donation powerhouse for charities and schools --- and also to turning a profit at some point.
Scott is busy cleverly architecting GlobalMojo's core technology so that it can handle all of the traffic and load you can generate while you passionately support your favorite charities and causes! Having been working in the IT world for just over 18 years now, Scott's career has taken him through many crazy adventures, including multiple startups in various industries. Scott is excited to finally get to use his technology super powers to save the world!
Barrington is an IT enthusiast who loves fiddling with technology, especially when it concerns the web. A seasoned web developer, his experience spans 8 years from working on Jamaica's eGovernment systems as a business analyst to working as a web developer on various web application projects. He’s got all the right stuff – a pro at PHP and JavaSript and pretty darn good at Java, C++ and C. Barrington is truly loyal and has been with Globalmojo from the early days.
Jayjay is thrilled to be a part of GlobalMojo. Willing to go above and beyond what is expected, Jayjay plans to be a key contributor to GlobalMojo's success by using all the tools and knowledge that he has learned in his five years of professional experience. He has developed a vast array of projects including websites with Facebook and Twitter integration as well as built customized content management systems for several clients from his previous company.
Katie is Globalmojo’s resident marketing maven and she won’t sleep at night until the world knows about Globalmojo. Hailing from the dirty-dirty (that’s South Louisiana, y’all), Katie has spent the last 5 years in San Francisco working her marketing magic on several nonprofits and small business, including the hit PBS TV series, MoneyTrack. Whether she’s tweeting from the set of the Early Show or designing behind the glare of her computer, Katie pours her passion and expertise into all that she does.
Michelle is a SF Bay Area native who loves the outdoors. She's currently a student an Emerson College in Boston, tweeting and blogging her way to becoming a marketing professional. Her passion for social justice stems from her six years as a youth organizer at a nonprofit, Californians for Justice. She looks forward to showing everyone in the world how awesome they can be with GlobalMojo.
Sajina is excited to be a part of the GlobalMojo Family, and brings in 6 years of IT experience, including Development, Support and Quality Assurance. She is all charged and motivated to make sure the quality of GlobalMojo products are set to the highest standards.
Mike feels like he landed his dream job at GlobalMojo. Mike assists with various marketing and business development efforts while channeling his passion of building relationships and helping others everyday. Before joining the GlobalMojo team, Mike led sales and developed direct partnerships with major hotels, brands, and hospitality groups in diverse international markets. Mike has also spent time working with the Micro-Consignment model in Guatemala and helped train local entrepreneurs to become more sustainable.
Courtney, GlobalMojo’s enthusiastic marketing machine, has a passion for making an impact and is overjoyed to be a part of GlobalMojo’s continued growth. Courtney has gained four plus years of significant marketing and business experience with Victoria’s Secret PINK and Greenhouse Agency growing brands. She graduated Magna Cum Laude from Arizona State University (Go Devils!), and was highly involved on campus through multiple charities and her sorority. Courtney is eager to make GlobalMojo the talk of the town and see the company have a positive influence on the world.
